We do all piercings by appointment, We do jewelry changes/purchases on a walk in basis, depending on the time you come in for a jewelry change there can be a wait as the piercing appointments do take priority. We only make appointments over the phone, we do not do online booking, we do not book through any social media, we do not book through email. Here are some details on our appointment process.
When you make an appointment try to have an idea of what piercing you want. We will need your First Name, Last Name, and a phone number to be able to make you an appointment. Our booking system will send out reminder texts about the appointment day and time. Our front of house staff will call the day of your appointment to confirm if you will still be coming in for the service. Please answer your phone or call us back ASAP. We know things happen and we can always move you to a different time or a different day or even take you off the schedule until you know when you can re-schedule your service. We DO NOT need a reason why you can’t be there, we would just like to know so we can utilize that appointment slot. We want you to be 15 minutes early to your appointment time. That gives us time to do your paperwork, do anatomy consultations, and gives you time to look at jewelry options as we have a TON of options to choose from! If you ever have questions please give us a call, or shoot us a message on Facebook for the quickest responses. If you try to email us questions, we do answer them, but it doesn’t get checked near as often as Facebook, and a lot of the inquires end up deep in the spam folder. So some times they do slip through the cracks.
